BRAFTOVI + cetuximab dosing and administration

BRAFTOVI 300 mg > 4 BRAFTOVI capsules (75 mg each) + Cetuximab Initial dose: 400 mg/m2 Subsequent dose: 250 mg/m2

Refer to the cetuximab Summary of Product Characteristics for additional information

Treatment with BRAFTOVI + cetuximab should be continued until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity¹

Instruct patients not to take a missed dose of BRAFTOVI within 12 hours of the next dose
In case of vomiting after taking BRAFTOVI, patients must not take an additional dose and should resume dosing with the next scheduled dose

picto food BRAFTOVI may be taken with or without food. Grapefruit juice
should be avoided¹

No refrigeration requirement; instruct your patients to store
BRAFTOVI below 30°C¹
